DarkBlock was born directly from the architecture of Opera Only. Conceived as two monumental, identical units, each DarkBlock is a complete, fully independent power amplifier—an expression of the same uncompromising vision that defines its parent masterpiece.
Its twelve-sided cylindrical architecture appears solid, dark, and monolithic. Then, as it comes to life, it opens. Inside, a complex world of technology is revealed—an extraordinary architecture designed to serve the music.

DarkBlock defies convention with its striking kinetic presence and unparalleled acoustic power. Encased in a monolithic aircraft-grade aluminum chassis, it features hidden connections and seamless openings to preserve a clean, sculptural aesthetic.
When powered off, it stands as a breathtaking 12-sided black prism measuring 1.25 x 1 x 1.25 m (49.2" x 39.4" x 49.2") and weighing 800 kg (1,764 lbs).
Upon activation, it transforms: the sculpture expands to 1.85 x 1.3 x 1.85 m (72.8" x 51.2" x 72.8") opening across four distinct motorized sections to reveal its intricate inner workings.
